Can You Escape? Terms & Conditions
Basic Headline
By booking a reservation below, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
- To ensure all players get placed in the same room, please book for your entire party at once!
- If you make multiple reservations and wish to play together, please choose the same date/time/room to ensure your play together.
- If you wish to play WITHOUT others in the room, please book the entire room. We can't guarantee you a room to yourself if you don't. (On WEEKENDS, it's almost certain you will play with others- please consider your enjoyment level if that should happen.)
- Arrival is requested 15 minutes PRIOR to your time. Please be prompt. If you are running late, please call the front desk at (813)-886-9510. Again, please be prompt. Your game clock will begin 15 minutes after the hour.
Cancellations
We will gladly reschedule your room! Call us the day prior (that’s 24 hours) to your reserved time slot and we’ll rebook your room.
- If it’s within the 24 hour window of your time, you’ll need to find a way, or give your tickets away. (If nothing works and you aren’t going to be able to make it, please provide a courtesy call so we know you’re not coming.)
- We do not offer refunds, but if you have extenuating circumstances; please email us at least 48 hours in advance: schedulekeeper@canyouescape.com, we'll try our best to help!
